COS Board of Trustees Monthly Meeting
The next COS Board of Trustees meeting will be held Tuesday, April 2. Closed session begins at 5:00 pm, followed by open public session at 6:00 pm.
2018 Year-End Tax Forms & 1098-T Information 2018 year-end tax forms (W-2's for employees and 1098-T's for students) may be accessed through your mySiskiyous account. Log into your account, click on the "Billing and Financial Aid" tab and click on "Form 1098-T" in the Tax Information channel at the bottom of the left column. If your class fees are paid through California Promise Grant or Pell, then you will probably not have a statement. Also, please review the "1098-T Reporting Change for 2018" link as the IRS has changed the requirements for reporting 1098-T information.
