Downtown ~ Ryokan ~ Itsukushima Shrine ~ Mount Misen ~ Daisho-in ~ Further Explorations
Miyajima was a wonderland, full of daily delights and unexpected surprises. The NCTA group stayed at a ryokan near downtown so we were able to explore the island in the early morning before the day's adventures and again in the evening after we had dinner together in the ryokan. We had time to relax, have informal discussions, and great group adventures and solitary explorations.
