We had a lot of delicious food offered to us by hosts that carefully attended to all of our eating and drinking needs. In Japan, everyone makes certain that others are satisfied, rather than being concerned about themselves. It was an attitude we all tried to adopt during this trip. Many of us had our first taste of sake in Yokohama.
