The boat ride to downtown was a real pleasure. One of the most
surprising things about the Yokohama city tour was that all the female guides
knew the song "Little Girl with the Red Shoes." It was a very sad
song about a missionary taking a Japanese orphan away from Japan where she ended
up dying in a new land. Steve told us the song is based upon a true story.
