Agenda

· Review FLEX/Staff Development Proposals and Evaluations

· In order to comply with Brown Act requirements, as interpreted by the COS Academic Senate, the FLEX Committee will prepare, approve and past minutes of our meetings. See Attached.

· Competing Meetings

· Members of College of the Siskiyous Accreditation Team who travel to other community colleges request that we authorize a preapproved FLEX credit for the time spent in this activity.

· Please see the text below of an email I received suggesting the Basic Skills Workshops be preapproved as FLEX Activity. Se below.

Can we get a blanket approval that the Basic Skills workshop mentioned below can count toward FLEX hours?  Or do all participants need to complete separate FLEX proposals?

· Possible change in number of COS FLEX Days
