Refunds are process automatically if courses are dropped with in the refundable timelime. Refunds take approximately four weeks to process.
If you stop attending or do not attend classes and fail to drop within the Add/ Drop/ Refund Deadline (See Academic Calendar or Navigator Schedule/Bill for appropriate dates), you will be responsible for all tuition and fees. If you dropped within the appropriate deadline but did not recieve a refund you can submit an Fee Appeal. These are processed once a semester currently - decision of the appeal is final.
