New for fall 2005, Robert Sanchez Scholarship. Contact the foundation office for further information. The above picture is of the plaque above the entrance to the New Training Room which is dedicated to Robert Sanchez for all his years of kind and caring service. The plaque reads: In Recognition of 25 years of service to COS Athletics Robert Sanchez College of the Siskiyous' first Athletic Trainer is recognized for developing and expanding the COS Athletic Training program, for his invaluable contributions to Eagle Athletics, and for the personal touch and caring manner he used when dealing with our individual Athletes. The symbol above the plaque will continue to be Robert's unique signature left on COS athletics. Let it be a permanent reminder of Robert and the way he treats life and those he comes in contact with. Robert Sanchez has formerly retired from COS and now dedicates that same "personal touch and caring manner" to his artistic creations. In April of 2005 Robert was inducted into the College of the Siskiyous Hall of Fame. Although Robert is now retired, he will always be an invaluable lifelong member of the Sports Medicine team. Thank you Robert. New for fall 2005, Robert Sanchez Scholarship. Contact the foundation office for further information. |
