Leaves: In whorls, margins may or may not be wavy
Height: Mostly 3 to 5 feet but less than 9 feet
Found: Dry conifer forests, brush fields and burned over clear cuts
Tidbits: Locally this plant is generally called Shasta Lily. Subspecies purpurascens is called Shasta Lily as the corolla tends to age purplish.
