Distance Learning Network Buildout

This project will add a videoconferencing classroom to each of the Siskiyou County high schools that do not yet have this capability.  It will also update the existing endpoint equipment, provide new functionality for instructors and students, and upgrade the central infrastructure to support the added endpoints and new classroom functions.
