What if my answers are incorrect?
If you find that some of your answers don't match these, congratulations—you are about to learn from your mistakes.  Try this: notice the correct spelling of the word you missed and commit to memory.  Become accustomed to seeing the word spelled correctly so that your eyes will recognize it the next time you use it in your own writing.  And whenever you use those difficult words in a paper you are writing, WATCH OUT:

  1. Slow down!
  2. Check and double check!
  3. Use your resources: a dictionary, your computer's spell checker, or a trusted friend.
