write is directly related to your reason for writing and the type of audience
you are addressing. Here you will compose two paragraphs on the same
subject. You will begin by drafting a personal, informal report describing
a particular job, one you now hold or once held. You will then adapt
some of the material in this report to suit a more formal, objective description
of the same job. Finally, you will revise this job description and
