This course will cover basic concepts of criminal law, Constitutional rights, criminal liability, and the classification of crimes against persons, property, morals, and public welfare. The course will also focus on the historical development of law, the philosophy of law, legal research and case law, and concepts of law as a social force. (AA, CSU, UC) (C-ID: AJ 120).
