Introduction to the principles of design as they relate to digital illustration and the creation of computer generated graphics for the microcomputer. Art and design principles, software, hardware, and creation of successful graphics in various file formats will be examined. Adobe Illustrator will be used in designing and producing hard copy print media. This course may be taken for credit a total of three times. The UC accepts transfer credit for either ART 1031 or ART 1032 but not both. (AA,CSU,UC) Advisory: CSCI 1035.
