Recommendations


 
What do you need to know for this course? 

It is recommended that students first take BA66, Introduction to QuickBooks®.  However, this is not a requirement if you have worked with QuickBooks® (version 6 or higher), or another computerized accounting program. 

To get the most from this class, you should know:
 

  1. How to backup and restore files
  2. How to print financial statements (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet)
  3. How to manage lists (add, edit, delete entries)
  4. How to create and print invoices
  5. How to enter bills, pay bills, and write checks
  6. How to reconcile a checking account
  7. How to set up and pay employees
  8. How to print payroll reports
