Human Anatomy

A systems approach to the study of the human body from the microscopic level of organization to the gross level. Structure is related to function with histology, dissection, models, and charts. While this course is intended to fulfill requirements for nursing, physical education, and allied health students, it may also be taken as a life science elective. Lab.

Will it transfer???

This course is degree applicable, and will transfer to the University of California and the California State University systems.

This course is offered both fall and spring. The lead instructor is Dave Clarke.

While there is no reading or english prerequisite, you will have a great deal of reading to do and you will be asked to write, both a research paper and shorter assignments. So we advise the student to have completed Read 10 and English 52 (or tested out of them) prior to attempting this course.

In Spring 2006 both Dave Clarke and Joe Champagne will be teaching Anatomy. Click HERE to go the Anatomy homepage, on which you can find all the class handouts, helpful links, and photos of our slides.
