Upon

Identify the basics of PC operating system

Be able to understand the boot process

Be able to understand the different files
used by the computer operating system

Be able to use command line utilities to
trouble-shoot software issues

Understand the basics of Windows Vista

Understand various software applications including
anti-virus, ftp, etc.

Understand the basics of email applications

Be able to encrypt and hide folders
·
Be able use event logs to trouble-shoot
software related issues

be discussed. Your grade will depend on both your active and informed
participation and your performance on:
