Meet Instructor:Michael Roesch

Formal Education: MA in English; thesis project on Mark Twain in California.
Informal Education: Learned a lot from bad books and good people. Tend to agree with Twain when he said that he "never let schooling get in the way of his education."
Favorite Book: The Moonstone by Wilkie Collins.
Hobbies: Telemark skiing, old cars, and new computers. Of course, as you can see from my photo, I have no time for fun now.
Significant Others: Donna (my wife) and our Golden Retriever (Primo).
Guiding Principle: we all have an obligation to make the world a better place.
