"Everything's An Argument" Paper
This semester we have been operating under the premise that "everything's an argument". In this assignment, we are going to test this assumption. Our text contains five chapters that describe specific types of argument: Definition, Evaluation, Causal, Proposal, and Humor. You are to choose one type of argument to develop your paper. You may do any topic that interests you either on a personal, political, philosophical, cultural, educational, spiritual, historical, artistic, athletic,or musical, level. Have I left any levels out? Probably! But I think you get the picture that the topic is open. The only requirement is that it follows one of the argument structures from Part III of our text.
After you have chosen a structure, you are required to read the chapter and have a mini-conference with me in which you enlighten me on the elements of your chosen form.
Please follow these technical parameters:
The paper should be word-processed on computer.
The final draft of the essay must fill 6-8 pages(top to bottom), typed, double-spaced
