GUID 1 Assignments
Fall 2008
READ THIS: VERY IMPORTANT
Make
sure that you check this link every time you enter the site for any important
updates to the class.
1. Do not send in work before the week that it is assigned. It is a nightmare to try to keep each week's work for you separate. The first day to turn in work for the week of August 18th through August 23rd is the 18th. This way, I finish with each week's assignments before they get mixed in with the next. I appreciate it.
2. Assignments are due by 5 p.m. on the Saturday at the end of the listed week. Therefore, assignments from the week of August 18th through August 23rd are due on the 23rd no later than 5:00 p.m.
3. Remember to put your name on the actual assignment page you are submitting. Not just on the e-mail. If I print your work, I want to be able to see your name on that sheet. Submit to hagarty@siskiyous.edu.
4. I will not accept late work. Don't ask.
5. Each time I return an assignment, I will give you your up to date total points and the points possible. It you think there is an error, let me know right away. Remember that it takes time to correct your work and record the grades. I try get them done within 48 hours from when you submit them. If you do not see them after about three days, let me know.
Remember to ask questions, and e-mail any concerns
you have. Thanks.
Hags

That is the end of this semester's class. I hope that you gained something useful from the class. I hope that it gave you some insights into being a successful student. I know that some of the information may not have applied to every student, but all of the information is worth reading. I do apologize if you struggled with the class because of the on-line format. Know that I am currently working hard to remold the class to improve the quality of the experience. If you are ever on campus and by chance see me, please say hello. It would be nice to put a face to the on-line name I have worked with. Thanks Denis Hagarty |
