Begin with shoulder width stance. Inhale as the arms float up. Exhale arms float down.
Shift Rt, rotate Rt, and the arms float up. Shift Lft, and rotate Lft.
Drop the Lft hand as you pick up the Rt toes and rotate on the Rt heel.
Sink into the Rt. foot, step forward with Lft, archers stance, SINGLE WARD OFF.
Step Rt, adjust back foot, GRASPING THE BIRDS TAIL SEQUENCE
(Hold ball, release it, shift back & forward press, shift back & forward
push)
PAU QUA FISH (Shift to Lft foot, turning Rt foot as far as you can, put weight on it, rotate Rt)
Make a hook with Rt hand, step left with SINGLE WHIP.
Shift back, turn Lft foot to corner (by lifting toes), face front and LIFT HANDS.
The arms pull down, the Rt foot touches the ground for SHOULDER
PUSH
(Rt hand is low and in front, Lft hand in Rt shoulder)
Lift Lft heel and the Rt hand for WHITE CRANE SPREADING WINGS
Relax the arms to the Rt, and BRUSH THE LEFT KNEE FORWARD
Reach up, sink back with the Lft toes up, and PLAY THE GUITAR
Arms to Rt, shift forward and BRUSH THE LEFT KNEE FORWARD
Shift back, turn the front foot, step with Rt, and BRUSH THE RT KNEE FORWARD
Shift back, turn the front foot, step with Lft, BRUSH THE LFT KNEE FORWARD
Reach up, sink back with Lft toes up, and PLAY THE GUITAR
Arms to Rt, shift forward, and BRUSH THE LEFT KNEE FORWARD
Make a fist with the Rt hand, shift back & scoop down. Shift forward and WHIP PUNCH, shifting back & turning Rt foot (DRAGON STANCE FOOT)
Step forward and punch. Shift back and fade. Shift forward and push.
Face the front and close. (By shifting weight to Rt foot, turnLft to front & put weight on it. Arms open, float down, cross at chest, Rt hand over Lft going down.)
