YANG STYLE TAI CHI SET II
Arms crossed: Shift Rt, arms separate, shift left & pull down, step to corner w/ brush knee.
Shift back, pull back to left side, shift forward & press, roll down & push.
Pau Qua fish to front corner & back, hands sweep down, step to corner and push.
Bring Rt foot forward, shift weight and hit with the elbow. Fist under the elbow, Repulse the Monkey, 5 times.
Hold the ball on Lft, and step to corner for slant flying.
Point toes to corner, corner ward off, into lift hands. Shoulder push, White Crane Spreading Wings,
Rt hand reaches back & brush the right knee forward. Reach up,
Needle in the Bottom of the Sea. Fan throught the Mountain.
Drop your fist, shield your face & turn. Whip punch. Keep the weight on front, push.
Scoop down & whip punch w/ dragon stance foot. Step & punch, fade to corner ward off.
Grasping the Birds Tail Sequence. Pau Qua Fish, Single Whip.
CLOUD Hands, 9 times. Single Whip. Pat the High Horse.
Step to the corner and hold the ball. Shift back, tracing a large circle
Rt. Butterfly Kick, Landing in the corner. Hold the ball, Lft Butterfly kick, place foot behind you, and turn.
Lft. kick, landing with a brush knee. Twist & step brush knee, twist & step brush knee, with low groin punch.
Shield your face & turn, whip punch. Scoop down, whip punch, & dragon stance foot. Step & punch.
Shift back, arms in air, and arms float down.
Rt kick, landing to the corner w/ Tame the Tiger Low.
Shift & rotate, Tame the Tiger High on Lft (Lft fist up). Shift & rotate, Tame the Tiger High on Rt (Rt hand up).
Weight on lft foot, kick Rt straight ahead, landing in corner w/ palms up, and Wind Fills the Ears.
Shift back, turning Rt foot. Kick lft, and 360 turn. Kick Rt, landing with dragon stance foot.
Step and punch, fade, and push. Face front and close.
