General Education Development
GED information can be obtained through either Discovery High School or Jefferson High School.
All testing takes place at the Yreka
Adult School, 603 Klamath Street in Yreka (across from the Yreka High School
gym).
Pre-registration of one week is required, at which time the fee of $150.00 (as
of 1/05) is paid and paperwork is done. We accept EXACT amount of cash, cashiers
check, or money order. No personal checks are accepted.
Pre-registration takes place at Discovery
High School, 504 W Lennox Street in Yreka. For further information contact

History of the GED at College of the Siskiyous
College of the Siskiyous stopped proctoring the GED in 1992. For Students who took the test at College of the Siskiyous results are available through the State Department of Education. There is a fee for copies of certification.
