Petitioning to Graduate at College of the Siskiyous
An associate degree is 60 units made up of general education, major
(optional) and electives. Once you have completed all your requirements
or are have registered for your final semester. Please complete the
following steps.
Step 1 - Complete sides A & B of the Petition to Graduate. Click COSGE for COS courses that meet the general education requirements.
Step 2 - If you have not already done so, have official transcripts requested from all colleges that you will be using to fulfill the Associate Degree Requirements and have them sent to the COS Admissions and Records office. If you have the transcripts sent to yourself, do not open the envelope before submitting them to A & R.
Step 3 - Submit the completed petition to the Welcome Center at the Weed campus. Petitions should be submitted AFTER you are registered for your last semester courses.
Step 4 - Please retain these directions for you records after you have submitted your graduation packet to the Welcome Center.
Step 5 - Check our Graduation information website for updated information.
