FALL 2008"INSTANT ADMISSIONS" Chico State PROCEDURES

Transfer Center Guidelines

We would once again like to offer On The Spot Admission (OTSA) to the students at your school who wish to apply to CSU, Chico as an upper division transfer (60+ transferrable semester units) for the Fall 2008 semester.

Students who schedule an OTSA appointment should do the following:

1) Apply for admission on-line at www.csumentor.edu no later than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Print out the confirmation page they receive upon submission.

2) Complete the OTSA Student Information Form

3) Bring the following documents to their appointment: the application confirmation page; the completed Student Information Form, copies of transcripts of all schools attended, test scores, DD214 form and any other documents that are required for making an admission decision.
