Managers and employees can now enroll in a new
College of the Siskiyous program, "Business Effectiveness Training,"
designed to provide workshops for personal effectiveness in the
workplace, which include ways to increase company revenue,
build a larger customer base, encourage teamwork,
improve employee relationships, decrease turnover
rate, help you work faster and smarter, and save money
by making intelligent decisions.
The seminar-like classes take place at the College
of the Siskiyous in Weed and Yreka and many are also offered online.
As a participant, you will be given the tools
needed to make positive changes in your work day and personal life
with insightful self-assessment exercises, fast-paced discussions,
and fun team activities.
Each workshop will earn .5 college
credit for only $13.00 (plus an additional $9 health fee per semester.)
