This disability is typically characterized as having learning deficits resulting from below average intellectual functioning that adversely affects educational performance, existing concurrently with measurable potential for achievement in educational and/or employment settings.
This disability can be verified by the DSPS Director or DDL specialists using the documentation from referring agency.
