Nursing Department Announces Graduation / Pinning Ceremony Date: On Wednesday, May 22 beginning at 5PM will be the Vocational Nursing Graduation in the COS Weed Campus Theater.

COS Campuses Closed for Memorial Day Holiday: COS Campuses will be closed on Monday, May 27.

2013 Summer Session and Fall Registration is Open: Students interested in registering may view the online schedule through Navigator.  A limited number of printed copies are also available at the Weed and Yreka Campuses.

COS Board of Trustees Monthly Meeting: The next COS Board of Trustees meeting will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2013. Closed session will begin at 5PM and open public session will begin at 6PM at the Weed Campus in the Board Room.

NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI) Offering Expanded Course Offerings at COS in Summer 2013: The College will offer three classes during the Summer of 2013 through the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). See the NOLS WMI WEMT course schedule for more information.

Free Success Seminars at COS - Every student heads into college with the intention of achieving his or her goals. To help you gain the skills necessary to achieve your goals, the Academic Success Center has developed a series of 50 minute seminars which will help you build skills and confidence in a variety of areas.  

Census Reports Now Available Online: Students can check their progress by logging into their Navigator account.  Select your Student Tab and then the semester you want to view under your Student Grades channel to view academic progress.

Sign Up Today for AlertU: This is a free emergency notification system COS uses when notifying students and staff of emergency situations or campus closures. At the COS home page click on the Alert U button located at the bottom right of your screen then follow directions to sign up. With the weather changing and the cold winter months ahead, it's good to be prepared.
