Reference Service

Reference services are provided for students, faculty, and staff of the College in order to promote successful academic achievement and life-long learning. Such services are also intended to support the professional, business and personal needs of the community.

Reference assistance is provided by trained staff during all hours that the library is open, and limited assistance is provided in response to all forms of inquiry, including telephone, fax, electronic mail, and posted mail.

The reference collection is housed on open shelves and may be used by students, faculty, staff, and community members. Reference referral and online database searching is a service provided for students, faculty, and staff. The library does not provide fee-based online database searching.
