Welcome to our online service for submitting maintenance work requests and for scheduling rooms.
This service has replaced the paper document for on-campus facility requests and the old electronic Maintenance Work Request link.
To register as a first time user:
- Go to: https://www.myschoolbuilding.com
If requested, our school number is 1195609600
- Create a user name (I suggest your first and last name, or you can use your email, but no spaces or punctuation)
- Create a password
- Enter your college email address
- Enter your phone extension
At this point you can access the requesting page. There are several tabs to choose from.
The first tab (Maint Request) is for maintenance service requests.
The second tab (Schedule Request) is for room scheduling.
The third one (My Requests) shows any requests you have submitted.
- School account number: 1195609600
- Submittal password to complete your request is not your login password you created. The submittal password is password.
- Any items with a red box or check mark are required fields. You will not be able to submit the request unless all those fields are completed. The other items are discretionary.
