Important information about Etudes!

If you used Etudes to access your online courses before Summer 2010, you will need to read the information about new Student IDs on the Etudes Student Help page. If you are not able to see your Fall 2010 courses when you log in, this may be the problem.

There is also new contact information for Etudes Support on campus. Please read the Etudes Student Help page for more information.

Online Learning

Being successful in an online course requires a significant commitment from the student. Please take a few minutes and review the "Online Survival Guide."

If you will be enrolling in an online course that uses Etudes, our online course management system, please consider enrolling concurrently in EDUC 90, Orientation to Online Learning.

Registration

To register online, go to myNAVIGATOR. You may also register for a course through the normal process at the Weed or the Yreka campus.

Counseling

If you would like to have help in selecting the course best suited for you, or if you would like to have help in formulating an educational plan anytime during the semester, you can receive online counseling by e-mailing counselingservices@siskiyous.edu.

If you plan to earn a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree, an occupational certificate, or if you are enrolling in a course with a prerequisite, you must meet with an advisor or counselor prior to registering . Visit the Counseling Services pages or the Distance Advising Procedures page for more information.

Library Services to Distance Education Students

Students can search the Library's Online Catalog for holdings of books, magazines, newspapers, reserve textbooks and materials, college catalogs, audio/video materials, pamphlet files, etc. For access to other databases and further information, visit the library's website.
