Important!!!

As CSEA members, we are entitled to free accidental death insurance ($2,000 off-the-job and $10,000 on-the-job) through the AFL-CIO. We have to sign up yearly for this free insurance at the AFL-CIO site at http://unionplus.com/benefits/insurance/accident/. Near the top is a blue box that says "Enroll Today." Click on "enroll online" then fill out the form. Make sure you select the No-Cost-To-Me box. You will be notified by e-mail and provided with a copy of your coverage through the mail.
