What is Reg365?

Reg365 will allow students to register for an entire academic year of classes at one time, anytime! As usual, additional courses may be added throughout the year, so if you are interested in additional courses after your original registration, please check mySiskiyous for new courses. Please ensure your student education plan is up to date and use this as a tool with Reg365. Talk to counselors for any advice on further development of your student education plan.

Who qualifies for Reg365?
Reg365 is open to all students enrolled or enrolling at College of the Siskiyous. Priority registration will be given to students who complete orientation, math and English placement process, develop an education plan and/or are participating in a program such as Foster Youth, Veterans, EOPS, DSPS, or CalWorks.

When will I be able to view the class schedule?
The 2016-17 class schedule is currently available for viewing online.

When do I have to pay for my classes?
Payment is due at the time of registration but they won't be dropped until the following dates.

Semester Payment must be established or a payment method arranged by these dates or you will be dropped
Summer May 8th & 22nd and the Friday before the semester begins
Fall July 16th, August 3rd and the Friday before the semester begins
Spring November 30th, December 14th, and January 11th

Can I appeal if I do not receive priority registration?
Yes, the appeal process and forms are available on the Forms for Students page.

I don't plan to start classes until the spring semester, should I wait to register?
Certain high demand classes may fill up. You have a better chance of getting the schedule you want/need if you register early.

Will classes still have waitlists?
Yes, classes will still have waitlists. Additional sections may be added based on demand.

What happens if I fail a course?
When students fail a class, they may be able to repeat that course in the following term, if there are seats available. If the course failed is a prerequisite for an upcoming course the student is registered in, the student will be dropped from that upcoming course.

Can I register for a course if I haven’t completed the prerequisite(s)?
Yes, if you are currently enrolled in the prerequisite course, you may register for the next course before you receive your grade. However, you will be dropped from the course if you do not pass the prerequisite class with a grade of “C” or higher.

I’m currently a high school student and plan to take classes at College of the Siskiyous before I graduate. How will REG365 affect this?
There is no change. Students must complete the concurrent/special admittance form for each term they wish to register.
