Flower: Numerous white to lavender tinted; bell-like flower on coils

Blooms: May to June

Leaves: Lance-like, silver gray in color

Height: 1 to 2 feet

Found: Dry rocky places

Tidbits: Striking halo effect on flower head when backlit (Great for photo shot)
