Growth Form: Prostrate to low-growing shrub
Flowers: Bell-shaped to inverted urn; 5 fused, pink to white petals.
Blooms: May to July
Leaves: Stiff, bright green, elliptic to slighty egg-shaped; small leaves.
Height: 4" to 10"
Stem/bark: Flakey to smooth reddish brown
Found: Upper elevations on rocky soil in coniferous forests of Klamath, Cascade, Sierra Nevada, and North Coast mountain ranges.
