POST INSERVICE TRAINING MODULES

During the academic year, The ADJ Dept. offers many in-service training opportunities for law enforcement officers and students. Some classes require a prerequisite for obvious reasons ie. sensitive issues etc. These classes are offered periodically each semester. The following classes have been offered in the past and may be offered in the future. Each class has its own cost and college unit. Most are 8-hour classes and all are P.O.S.T. certified. This a partial listing only.

8-hours of training including the "freddies."

ADJ-1 Intro to Administration of Justice: 3 units (8am-9:15am)
ADJ-2 Concepts of Criminal Law: 3 units (9:30am-10:45am)
ADJ-17 Community Relations: 3 units--ONLINE
(ALL ABOVE CLASSES BEGIN ON AUGUST 20, 2007)

ADJ-14 Level III Reserve Officer Training: (177 hours): 9 units of college credit.--POST Certified. (Begins 9/10/07-6pm)
