Costumes available to non-profit organizations and schools.

Costumes
Costumes and Props can be obtained by contacting the Theatre Department costumer, Sharon Swingle. She can tell you what is available, then you can set up a meeting to pick out costumes and fill out a costume rental agreement. Payment arrangements are made at this time. Rental of costumes and properties varies from $10 to $50 each, depending on their value, for a six week time period. Costumes have to be returned laundered or dry-cleaned as designated on the rental agreement. A receipt must accompany dry cleaning. Renter agrees to pay the replacement value for items lost or destroyed.

Equipment
Lighting and various theatre equipment are obtained through the Theater manager, Keith Ronge. Call for availability and reservation of equipment. Fill out a rental agreement for items on the day of rental and payment is due upon their return. Available equipment includes;

Spot light - $5.00
Follow Spot - $35.00
Portable control system (includes dimmer board, dimmer packs, truss, cables for connections to lights) - $75.00
Auto-transformer dimmer - $10.00
Color filter, used - n/c
Color filter, new (spot) - $1.00
Color filter, new (flood) - $2.00
Audio control board - $50.00
Microphone - $10.00
Wireless microphone - $20.00
Fog machine - $50.00,
Fog juice - $5.00
4'x8' Risers - $10.00

Above rates are for one day of use. Rates for longer periods are negotiable. Rental of all equipment is subject to availability. Renter agrees to reimburse C.O.S. Theater Department the full amount for replacement of any item lost or damaged.
