COS Announces Partnership with WMI

WMI logo NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute (WMI) is pleased to announce expanded courses offerings at its California Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician (WEMT) program home near Mt. Shasta at the College of the Siskiyous. The College will offer one class in January and three during the Summer of 2013 through the National Outdoor Leadership School. New Environmental Resources Program

Cutting edge 'Green' programs available! Launched in the Fall of 2009 with a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancellor's office, the Environmental Resources Program (ERP) provides students with education, hands-on training, and exploration of the relationships between people and natural systems for sustainable jobs, careers, and communities. The program is a unique collaboration of three distinct yet interrelated programs. Associate of Science Degrees and certificates are available in Natural Resources , Power Generation Technology, and Sustainable Communities. Learn more
