Welcome to the Division of Technology Services at the Siskiyou Joint Community College District. We provide technology related services to the entire District on both Weed and Yreka campuses, including administrative computing, instructional computing, distance learning via videoconferencing, telephone PBX, and audio-video equipment. Our offices are located in the Learning Resources Center on the Weed campus. Come over and visit us.
We are a team of dedicated information technology professionals. We plan, design, acquire, configure, install, program, maintain, repair, upgrade, and replace technology equipment to enhance the District's ability to achieve its mission. We strive to provide the best service with our limited resources. We seek to understand and anticipate the needs of students, faculty, staff, and administrators. We provide technical service and advice to the Campus and link the District to the outside technical world. We assist users in better using technology to achieve their individual goals as well as the District's goals.
We help people to belong, encourage togetherness, foster support, and facilitate communication among ourselves and with users. We are prepared and ready to provide our service whenever it is needed and in a timely manner. We are responsible, courteous, and willing to listen. We seek consensus and, when needed, will agree to disagree.
