The Student Help Desk is located in the Academic Success Center (LRC-2) and provides free assistance with technology issues related to MySiskiyous, student email, and Canvas

The COS Student Help Desk will not be available from Saturday, March 23 to Sunday, March 31. Student support for Canvas will be handled through the Canvas Support Hotline. Please see the Help icon in your Canvas global menu for resources and specific Hotline numbers.

Students needing urgent assistance resetting passwords for their mySiskiyous accounts or accessing their campus email during spring break can call the Tech Services Help Desk at (530) 938-5222. Students may need to leave a detailed message that will be returned as soon as possible.
