Student Help Desk

The Student Help Desk is located in the Academic Success Center (LRC-2) and provides free assistance with technology issues related to MySiskiyous, student email, and Canvas

Please click on the links in the navigation bar to the left to discover if your problem is answered in our support pages or in the Frequently Asked Questions under each topic. Visit the Academic Success Center, email or call for Student Help Desk support.

Spring Break Announcement

The COS Student Help Desk will not be available from Saturday, March 23 to Sunday, March 31. Student support for Canvas will be handled through the Canvas Support Hotline. Please see the Help icon in your Canvas global menu for resources and specific Hotline numbers.

  • For information regarding your Canvas for Online Courses account, visit Online Student Help. There you will find helpful links to online learning resources and guides. Also, before March 25, your instructor may be able to answer some of your Canvas questions

Students needing urgent assistance resetting passwords for their mySiskiyous accounts or accessing their campus email during spring break can call the Tech Services Help Desk at (530) 938-5222. Students may need to leave a detailed message that will be returned as soon as possible.
