This event is held annually to raise scholarship funds for Siskiyou County students (high school and continuing COS) who plan to attend COS. The main attraction of the event is the auction of the "Coat of Many Colors and Mongolian Fur Hat" which were donated to the COS Scholarship Committee in the early 80's by former College President Eugene Schumacher.

Funds raised at the dinner support the COS Foundation Scholarship Program and our new Siskiyou Promise Scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to Siskiyou County High School Seniors planning to attend COS the fall after they graduate as well as COS Continuing students.

The public is encouraged to participate in the annual craft fair as a vendor or a shopper. This two-day event, held in the COS Gymnasium, is one you do not want to miss! The event is filled with concessions, entertainment, and lots of great items. The Holiday Craft Fair offers beautiful handmade gifts crafted by many local and regional artisans. Live entertainment both days. Concession stand will be open for breakfast and lunch items on Saturday.

Saturday – Cash donation or 2 cans of food per person. Donations on Saturday will support the COS Associated Student Body (ASB) food pantry for hungry students.
This event held at the Eagle's Nest Resale Shop is scheduled for the last Saturday in May. Special sales, drawings, and a free hotdog lunch are all part of the day to celebrate our customers. The Eagle's Nest is located at 123 Main Street in Weed.
The COS Athletics & PE Department, in conjunction with the COS Foundation, hosts an annual Golf Tournament to benefit the athletic programs. The athletics programs at community colleges are greatly underfunded and this is a way you can help and have fun at the same time.
The funds we raise play a vital role in maintaining a quality athletic program. The tournament is a true showcase for the spirit of our community.
