Residents of Siskiyou County who are not COS students may obtain a COS community library card for a $20 fee per semester and summer session to borrow materials and use library computers.  The COS library card is renewable each semester. Applications are available at the circulation desk. Please bring a photo ID and proof of residency in Siskiyou County. Children under 18 are not eligible for a library card and must be accompanied by a responsible adult when visiting the library.
