Remote ASC

Accessing Remote Services

The ASC strives to support students learning both on and off campus. Students who are learning remotely have access to all the supports available to students who are on campus. Should you have questions about remote services, please contact the ASC via the contact information below.

  • TutorMe: We are excited to introduce our new remote tutoring platform. Need tutoring support outside of ASC Tutoring hours? TutorMe has you covered 24/7, even on weekends!
  • Paper Review: Seasoned writers know that the key to success is to use the writing process: brainstorming, drafting, revising, and editing. Increase your chances of essay-writing success by seeking a writing tutor’s feedback which will help you revise your paper for enhanced success.
  • EdTALKS: To attend remote EdTALKS, simply click your EdTALKS Zoom link found in the EdTALKS schedule.
  • Virtual Student Help Desk support: Pop into our Student Help Desk Zoom room for technology assistance related to mySiskiyous, COS email, and Canvas.

Test Proctoring

Test proctoring is available for both Honorlock and non-Honorlock enabled exams. If you encounter difficulty using Honorlock, we can help. We recommend students make appointments for proctoring by stopping into the ASC, emailing, calling (530) 938-5380. To learn more, visit our Test Proctoring page.
