For your convenience, the Allpoint ATM is located in the Student Center. Use the Allpoint ATM Locator to find other local ATMs. ((Allpoint ATM's vary by location, availability and hours of operation and are subject to change).

Important! BMTX, Inc. will send emails to your COS email with important information regarding financial aid disbursements. You must log in frequently to your COS email account in order to receive up to date information. If you need to set up or access your email, log onto your mySiskiyous and click on the email icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and follow the instructions.

Remember: It is very important that College of the Siskiyous has your most current mailing address. You can verify and update your current mailing address by logging onto your mySiskiyous account.

Disbursement Dates

Summer 2025
Date	Disbursement Type
June 16, 2025	First disbursement date for Summer. Students must submit all necessary documents to the Financial Aid Office by Monday, June 9, 2025 in order to be included in this disbursement. Funds available to students by Friday, June 20, 2025.
July 14, 2025	Second and final disbursement date for Summer. Students must submit all necessary documents to the Financial Aid Office by Monday, July 7, 2025 2025 in order to be included in this disbursement. Funds available to students by Friday, July 18, 2025.

Note: No exceptions to these dates.

Spring 2025 - Can include eligible Fall disbursements

Pell Grants are disbursed twice per semester.

Cal Grants are disbursed once per semester and there will be "make-up" payments during each semester.

FSEOG is disbursed once per semester and usually paid 2 -3 weeks after the beginning of the semester.

Federal Direct Loans are disbursed once per semester and generally follow the Pell grant schedule. The first loan disbursement for new borrowers (never borrowed a federal loan) is scheduled 30 days after the first day of school. More information regarding the loan process is on our website.

Students who reside in the Lodges, all grant checks, scholarship checks, or loan monies will be applied to the balance on the student's housing contract. Any remaining funds will be disbursed to the student.
