Rates

Rates are subject to change for the 26/27 academic year.

After we receive your lodging application, Lodge staff will contact you with payment details.

A $150 contract fee (covering setup, cleaning, and activities) is charged in addition to housing and meal plan costs. For refund information, please refer to the Lodging Application and Handbook.
Applications are processed in the order they are received. Staff work hard to accommodate room type requests; however, room types are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Unused meal points will be refunded at the end of the housing agreement.
If staffing is available, the Lodges may remain open during certain campus breaks with an approved supplemental contract. Additional fees will apply.
While posted dates reflect the final move-out deadline, students must vacate their room within 24 hours after completing their last final exam.
