Teacher Preparation - Education (EDUC) Program Enrollment Information

Please review the three-step enrollment process required for enrollment in EDUC courses. Once you have familiarized yourself with the process, click the "Apply Now!" button to begin the enrollment consent form.



Step 1: Apply to college

  • Apply through OpenCCCApply
  • Apply to Term: Spring 2024 - Begins: 1/29/2024
  • After submitting, remember to write down your Confirmation / App#. You will need to enter it into the Step 3 - consent form which can be accessed by clicking the "Apply Now!" button above.

Step 2: Add college(s) to 2023-2024 Financial Aid

  1. Visit your financial aid application website: FAFSA | CADAA

Follow the steps below based on the financial aid application eligibility:

  1. Add COS to your FAFSA
    • Add the COS Federal Access Code: 001187
  2. Download PDF confirmation page or Student Aid Report (SAR) and upload the document into step 3 - consent form which can be accessed by clicking the "Apply Now!" button above.

OR

  1. Add COS to your CADAA
    • Add the COS Federal Access Code: 001187
  2. Download PDF Cal Student Aid Report (CalSAR) and upload it into step 3 - consent form which can be accessed by clicking the "Apply Now!" button above.

Step 3: Submit Consent Form

To accurately submit the enrollment process consent form, include the following information from steps 1 and 2:

  • Step 1: Enter Confirmation / App #
  • Step 2: Upload PDF copy of Student Aid Report (FAFSA) or California Student Aid Report (CalSAR)

Click on the "Apply Now!" button to begin the enrollment process consent form.
